ACE -  American Cinema Editors - Honorary Society of Motion Picture Editors. 

Actors Equity - The trade union representing American Actors and StageManagers in theater.

AFI - American Film Institute. Promotes education, training, gives awards, and has movie screenings including the International Film Festival. 

AFM - American Federation of Musicians.  Protects the rights of its members whom consist of over 250 local unions nationwide, and in Canada.

AFTRA - American Federation of TV, and Radio Artists. Union for actors, dancers, singers, and broadcasters.

ASCAP - American Society of Composers, Authors, and Publishers. Oversees performers royalties, and rights, of composers, song writers, lyricists, and music publishers. 

ATAS - Academy of Television Arts and Sciences. Organizers of the Emmys.

CSA  - Casting Society of America- Trade organization for professional film, and television casting directors.

CDG - Costume Designers Guild -Union representing motion picture, television, and commercial costume designers.

DGA - The Director's Guild of America. Society for screen directors.

FMA - Film Makers Alliance -Nonprofit collective of independent film makers.

HWA - Horror Writers Association - Worldwide organization of horror, and dark fantasy writers and publishing professionals.

IATSE - International Alliance of Theatrical Stage Employees - The IATSE is the labor union representing technicians, artisans and craftspersons in the entertainment industry, including live theatre, motion picture and television production, and trade shows.

ISA - International Stunt Association. Stunt organization with worldwide members - By invitation only.

MPEG - Motion Picture Editors Guild. National labor organization currently representing over 6000 freelance and staff post-production professionals. 

NAB - National Asssociation of Broadcasters. Trade association that represents the interests of free, over the air, radio and TV broadcasters.

NATPE - Nation Organization of Television and Program Executives - Non-profit association of business professionals, who create, develop, and distribute content.

PGA - Producers Guild of America - Organization promoting all members of the producing team. 

SAG - Screen Actors Guild. Union representing film and television performers.

SOC - Society of Operating Cameramen - Organization promoting excellence in the field of camera operation, and the allied crafts.

WIF - Women in Film - Organization dedicated to empowering, promoting, and nuturing women in the film and television industries.
